Laser Profiling

Laser cutting of sheet metal provides brings a range of benefits to our customers:

Our laser machine incorporates all the latest technology to bring all the benefits of laser cutting very efficiently.

Precision Plasma

Plasma provides a cost effective method for cutting complex shapes in thicker plates where laser quality may not be required. Our high definition plasma cuts to an accuracy of 0.1mm up to 20mm thick mild steel plate, and 16mm stainless steel.

CNC Punching/Profiling

Punching may be the most economic method for producing medium to large batches of simple, regular shaped components.

MIG/TIG Welding

We have a long track record for producing high quality welded assemblies, incorporting components frabricated in-house using our cutting and bending facilities. We supply components to companies whose production lines depend on regular and frequent deliveries, but we can also assist with prototype development, one-offs, and specialised jigs for production processes. Applications include automotive, disability aids, petro-chemical, architectural, supporting various manufacturing firms in the area.

Using the newest welding technology we can provide high quality aluminium welding, as well as mild and stainless steel.

Finishing

We have well established links with local suppliers for plating and for high quality powder coating enabling us to provide a complete solution to our customers.
